: A half-day forum by The College Fund/UNCF with workshops and speakers from the federal sector, College Fund staff and institutional grantees, and national/HBCU colleagues; a luncheon resource panel presentation by Bush Foundation grantees on "Strategies for Faculty Development" and technology workshops on the campus of Texas Southern University by:  the TSU School of Technology, Coursewise Publishing  (a Houghton Mifflin Company) & Iowa State University on integrating technology and Internet resources in the classroom

Faculty Development Forums
1) Diversity and Globalization Forum: "How Does Diversity Help Me Learn and Grow?  The Novellae Group, P. C. (Alexandria, VA);  2) Resource Development Forum with panelists from the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Rust Administrative Academy for Faculty, the Higher Education Center, the U.S. Department of Labor (Bureau of Labor Statistics - Systems Modernization), & 3) Assessment Forum includes  "The Flashlight Program Workshop: A Tool Kit for Designing Local Evaluations of Technology-Based Instructions"- TLT Group [the teaching, learning and technology affiliate of American Association of Higher Education (AAHE)] and Bowie State University presenting on effective outcomes assessment strategy factors

Special Session
Administrators' Forum: "Educational Technology: Applications and Administrative Challenges" - Panel presentation by administrators from Florida A & M University, followed by a joint panel discussion which will include administrators from Albany State University, LeMoyne-Owen College, Voorhees College, and Texas Southern University, and brief audience interaction.
