Symposium fees include all symposium meals and materials.  The additional fee for the pre-conference workshops includes the Resource Panel Luncheon and transportation for the any off-site workshops on Thursday.  Registration is complete on receipt of full payment; sorry, we cannot accept purchase orders, partial or split registrations.

Lodging:  All sessions will be at the Holiday Inn Astrodome (Houston, Texas).  Conference rate is $75/king or double/double. Reservations must be made by October 1 via 1-800-Holiday to guarantee room rate and availability  The direct number to the Holiday Inn Astrodome is (713) 790-1900.   Hotel parking is complimentary.  Texas Airport Express provides a shuttle service to the hotel at a cost of $12 from Hobby Airport each way, and from Intercontinental Airport at a cost of $17 each way. Transportation to the hotel by taxi is economical for three or more persons. Please note any special physical or dietary requirements that you have.
